GCSE Results - Summer 2018

Year 11 students at Arthur Mellows Village College have once again excelled themselves. The results outperformed the successes of last year with 52% of students achieving a grade 5 or above in both English and Maths and 78% achieving a grade 4 or above in both English and Maths. In addition, 23% of grades across all subjects were the very best grades of 9-7 or equivalent.  This is great testament to the hard work of everyone concerned. Amalie Yates was the top performer, gaining an outstanding 7 grade 9s, 2 grade 8’s and 1 grade 7 and an A^ in Further Maths which is above an A*.

These results complement the recent A Level results and reflect the outstanding commitment of our students and the dedication of all our staff.  The College continues to build upon its reputation for academic excellence.
