Arthur Mellows is an Ofsted Outstanding school located in the village of Glinton on the outskirts of Peterborough. The school is very successful and oversubscribed with 1,680 students aged 11-18, supported by a talented and hard-working staff. Students are well behaved and committed learners. We are currently looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic member of staff to join our effective Pastoral Team supporting all aspects of student welfare within the College. As well as being a recognisable, supportive figure for the whole student body you will respond to emotional and behavioural issues, liaise with parents, track and monitor attendance and support Heads of Year. The qualities of perseverance, understanding, adaptability and resolve are essential for this demanding yet highly rewarding post. This is a physical and active post. Staff are friendly and supportive and committed to ensuring all students achieve their potential.
