The College uses a Cashless Catering system for students to purchase food and drink in our Refectories.
All monies received are paid directly to Cucina, our on-site catering supplier. There are 2 ways to credit accounts.
Upon admission to the College, parents receive usernames and passwords for the system. Once parents have activated ParentPay accounts, payments can be made straight away. The minimum amount that can be credited is £15.00 on the cashless catering system.
ParentPay is also available to parents to pay for trips and activities throughout the College year.
Monies can be deposited as soon as Parents have activated the account.
Two automatic cash terminals have been installed in Student Reception. Students place their finger on the scanner at the cash terminal and insert money to top up their account. Accounts are credited immediately. Students are able to use these machines before school, at break and at lunchtime.
The terminals are programmed to accept:
- Notes £20, £10, £5
- Coins £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 10p.
Money can be deposited as soon as students have been registered on to the system ie once their fingertip has been scanned.
A daily spend limit for students of £5.00 will be programmed into the system. This limit can be increased or decreased for individual students at the parents’ written request.

Please read the notes and complete your application carefully and return to school by post, deliver to the College or scan both pages to email@example.com Applications are subject to checks with external agencies so please ensure your child is provided with either packed lunch or lunch money until you receive our confirmation of entitlement.
