We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Silent Study Supervisor and Pastoral Support to support all aspects of student welfare in the Sixth Form. The main part of the role is supervising Silent Study lessons for Sixth Form where you will be a recognisable, supportive figure for Year 12 and 13 students. During these sessions you will be helping to organise students in their workload and time management, as well as mentoring key students to support their academic success. In addition you will will liaise with parents, Heads of Year and Form Tutors to support students with their attendance and their learning needs. This will include responding to students’ behavioural and emotional issues.
